What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on personalized orders (names & dates, custom glassware, custom states, etc) given that they were custom made for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
If you choose to return one of our standard items, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email and photo so that we can officially file a claim with USPS. We may ask that you hold on to the items in case they must be presented to your local post office.
What is made-to-order? How long can I expect before I receive my order?
We do not carry items in stock. When you place an order, we will create the piece specifically for you based on your selections. Give that each piece is handmade, lead times may vary depending on product type. Generally expect up to one week for glassware and gift items to ship, and up to 2 weeks for your wood products.
I'm looking for a custom gift. How do I get you the information?
I'm happy to add personalization to any product for a slight upcharge. If you are looking for a different state, any item can be replicated in your desired state. Please add the state or personalization request to the notes section at checkout. For customized glassware, please send us a message prior to your order so we can gauge feasibility of the design.
What custom designs can I get etched on a glass or ornament?
The options are almost endless. Names, dates, logos, simple photographs, symbols, silhouettes. Send us your ideas and we will happily design something for you. A mock-up of your design will be sent prior to production for your approval.
